Our 7 Day comprehensive covert surveillance and live operational training experiences provides the knowledge, techniques and proficiencies required as a skilled Covert Physical and Technical Surveillance Operative (CSO).
This internationally recognised qualification is the foundational award accepted for individuals new to private security and private investigations, as well as individuals with policing and military backgrounds looking to civilianise their qualifications and future careers.
The program is initiated from police, military, intelligence officers and private investigators to provide a combination of the latest techniques and industry requirements with live surveillance tasks and experience in the field, to gain the best learning outcomes.
Our graduates are fully prepared and operationally experienced upon completion of the program – this is not a theory, classroom only based program – this course has you operational and undertaking covert surveillance tasks from day 1. It is this live training experience that gives our graduates the reputation as top tier operatives. Opportunities exist for potential contract work and employability both in house and for our partner clients including private investigations, information gathering, and interviewing tasks.

IQ Level 4 Award in Covert Surveillance Operations (RQF) (Intermediate)
~ this is the UK’s operational ‘Gold Standard’ of training available in Covert Surveillance Operations qualifying to undertake individual operator tasks and/or team covert surveillance assignments.
Providing the necessary competencies and practical experience to work in the Surveillance, Investigations & Private Security industries
Throughout the 7 days, in addition to creating a portfolio of evidence of the work you undertake and completing an assessment workbook and completing exams throughout the course, you will be tasked live surveillance assignments and a final group operation for one of our clients as your final assessment.
Whilst the program meets the required competencies of the award, our training provides you additional experience and the personal capacity to confidently work in a wide variety of positions as a covert surveillance operative.
