About the Conflict Management Program

Our Conflict Management training program covers the foundational elements of how to manage various forms of conflict in the workplace, both for employers and employees, and best practices to recognize and deal with conflict in a rational, balanced and effective way. 

The course contains scenario specific applications and practical techniques and communication proficiencies to prevent, deescalating and managing conflict in real life situations that are easily replicable back in the workplace, within job roles and can be applied to more personal situations. A repertoire of skills that are transferrable and easily taught to others, with an additional focus on what triggers conflict and how we react or respond in conflict situations, creating choices and alternatives to achieve the best outcomes for all involved.

Broad Application

Whilst the program was developed for the security and protection and the types of scenarios where conflict appear in the various roles within the private security industry, the skills and strategies are replicable and applicable to all forms of conflict at various degrees of escalation.
