About the Conflict Management Program

Our Conflict Management training program covers the foundational elements of how to manage various forms of conflict in the workplace, both for employers and employees, and best practices to recognize and deal with conflict in a rational, balanced and effective way. 

The course contains scenario specific applications and practical techniques and communication proficiencies to prevent, deescalating and managing conflict in real life situations that are easily replicable back in the workplace, within job roles and can be applied to more personal situations.
