H.E.A.T.
Hostile Environment Awareness Training

Elite Training Organisation delivers the Elite Highfield Accredited Program - Hostile Environment Awareness Training (H.E.A.T.) Sensitive and Fragile Environments (S.A.F.E.). Designed for those employed to work in volatile environments, and those providing protection in unsettled regions.

Elite Highfield H.E.A.T. Accreditation

With continually changing volatility globally, organisations and individuals now more than ever, must consider their vulnerability when operating in and traveling through unsettled regions. Planning how best to mitigate threats through awareness training and implementation of practised protocols provides tangible implementable solutions.

Elite’s Highfield Accreditation training is designed for participants to experience realistic scenarios relevant to their potential threats, with the intent to discover how they will respond in crisis situations within safe parameters guided by our instructors, capable of facilitating quality outcomes. Company and individual protocols are also developed for contingencies in safety critical incidents post training.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Delivered as a public course (see our course schedule) and in-house for organisations with employees, freelance operatives, consultants, contractors, senior management, key stakeholders, and high-net worth individuals.

Hostile Travel / Work

Civilian crisis management, improving personal security in hostile environments, is key for being physically and mentally oriented for possible crisis situations. Being prepared for travel and work in high and extreme risk areas require skills and practice to handle potential situations with realistic self-confidence.

Developing these skills and responses requires an immersive learning where participants take the theory components made relevant to their operating environment, implement and practice in real scenarios, obtain feedback and review from their instructors, and design or enhance individual and/or organisational operating procedures fit for purpose.

How do you know how you and your team will react in a certain situation if you have not yet had that experience? You can be best prepared by training your mental capabilities and your gross motor skills to be retained in personal history of experiences to stress responses, should you need to utilise them in real time.
