Elite Training Australasia delivers the Highfield Accreditation Program - Hostile Environment Awareness Training (H.E.A.T.) Sensitive and Fragile Environments (S.A.F.E.) - A combination of Executive Close Protection training, Weapons Proficiency, Tactical Techniques (for those wishing to work under more adverse conditions) and the required First Aid course, partly in Australia and partly at our offshore facility.

HEAT program participants are generally from a mixture of backgrounds, specialties and interests ranging from former military and/or police, to private security personnel and interested civilians, with a view to further developing skills and experience for more adverse conditions and personal practice.
The prerequisite for this program is for our participants to have competently completed our Level 3 Close Protection Operative course OR Level 4 International Bodyguard (PSD), and minimum FPOS trauma care first aid completed on course, at our off shore facility to complete the elements of Hostile Environment Awareness Program & Advanced Firearms Training.

1. Highfield Level 3 Certificate for Working as a Close Protection Operative within the Private Security Industry (SIA recognised & required by Employers Worldwide)
~ this is the UK’s highest standard of training available in Close Protection and combined with a ‘right to work and appropriate criminal history checks, can result in the issuing of the SIA Security Licence as a Close Protection Operative.
2. Highfield Level 4 International Bodyguard (PSD) Accreditation
~ this is the only ISO9001, International Level 4 qualification and is exclusively available through Elite Training. For current and ex-law enforcement/ex-military personnel who have held a Close Protection role during their service, this can also be recognised and count towards the above qualification (T&Cs & Additional Costs May Apply – please contact us for further information).
3. Level 3 Certificate in First Person on Scene (FPOS QA Qualsafe Award)
~ this is the Global Gold Standard and the UK’s most widely adopted program for best practices in the preservation of life – also a requirement for obtaining an SIA CPO licence
4. Highfield Accreditation Program - Elite Hostile Environment Awareness Training (H.E.A.T.) Sensitive & Fragile Environments (S.A.F.E.)
~ this programme is aimed at learners who may be required to deploy or visit areas where they may face acts of hostility or hostile areas.
This programme includes topics such as: current world events in a specific country - overview tailored to meet the area the learners are visiting, communications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), threat and risk assessments, personal safety, map reading and journey planning, vehicle characteristics, medical skills, managing conflict, understanding of ambush, kidnap and hostage and espionage.

Live Operational Assessments
Throughout the Elite Highfield Accreditation HEAT Program, in addition to creating a portfolio of evidence of the work you undertake and completing an assessment workbook and completing exams throughout the course, you will undertake multiple live exercises and scenario-based situations in various roles within the team to gain experience in all aspects of close protection under adverse conditions.
Stretching beyond standards set by the SIA, you will be fully prepared, experienced and capable upon competent completion of a whole team final live operation at our off-shore location, with one of our VIP clients.
